  Hard to access location; both entering & exiting. Standard selection & average prices. Fast service. However ... Staff packaging rough causing garlic and onion pieces to fall off. Literally dropped items hard into bags. Some stores offer frequent customer discounts, not this store. If you have gray/white hair, be ready for cashier to shout at you like you are deaf. ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

  The bagels are always great. The staff seems in no rush to get through the line sometimes, and they can be out of popular items during rush periods, with no more on the way for up to 30 minutes. Be prepared to wait.

  Dena the manager was extremely rude and not helpful. I am vegetarian and have ordered many bagels from brueggers without being hassled as she has hassled me. I will never be returning to this location. I signed up for the e club and never received my free bagel coupon and showed her and asked her for help and she wasn't willing to help. So frustrating

  Meineke Car Care Center East Broadway

  We could not be more amazed with the great service and food!! I called in the Friday afternoon before and asked if it would be ok to have a company meeting at the Alvernon & Broadway Bruegger's Bagels, for about 15 employees of Meineke Car Care. The Bruegger's employee was very kind, and said, with lots of enthusiasm, "Yes, Of Course!" Then it gets better. We all show up at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, 13th of January 2018, and were greeted by Dena Lucero, their General Manager. Dena looked after us throughout the hour long meeting, cleaning up after my messy technicians, and was extremely kind and thoughtful, making sure we all had everything we needed. The Bagels are phenomenal here, and we all dug into the food heartily. I would easily recommend this Bruegger's Bagels to everyone!!! Thank you again Dena Lucero, for going so far above and beyond, with a ton of smiles and great service. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

  This operation is tight and guest friendly! I️ go out of my way because of the entire process is performed better here. Dina and her team are always what I am looking for - efficient, warm and competent.
