  I love Bruegger's. Grew up with them in upstate New York, where they started. All dc locations closing permently except Rosslyn on Sunday 12/9. Sad. They make bagels the way bagels are supposed to be made. Einstein's are not real bagels.

  I love Brueggers except this one. Terrible service (didn’t to take my order) and were out of most bagels and coffee. I will never go back, which is unfortunate bc I love Brugs normally.

  It was eh. I was greeted when I walked in, but soon as I walked up to the counter, barely anything was in the baskets! I had my mouth set on a blueberry and cinnamon sugar bagel! Big disappointment. Don’t come too early because they won’t be ready...smh

  On the weekends service is terrible. Very few variety and rude staff and your bagel will suffer. Sometimes nice and thick and sometimes they leave half of the salmon portion you're paying for in the wrapper. Whoever is running this place needs to make changes.

  Nice fresh bagels, but I wish there was more variety in the flavors. :) I've had less luck with getting sandwiches, especially with regular bread. Often the employees don't seem familiar with those menu options.
