  The bagels never seem fresh caribou and burgers is the absolute best combo but with poor servicing and quality food, I don't see myself returning to this location anytime soon... Yuck

  So, fyi, been a Loyal Caribou patron since they opened in '92, great biz model, wonderful service, but not here, had a perk, valid at all locations that have Caribou (co brand is NOT an exception, I verified this), this pudgy mgr. wouldn't let me use the perk, said 'that was it's and closed the window on me, trust me when I say this is not the kind of people that usually work at Caribou, and I will be talking to the district mgr. to protect their brand, but stay away from this place until the staff changes, scanner at the window was broken, and they were put off that I wanted them to use a different scanner...? Really? come on, absolutely ridiculous.....this doesn't happen at Caribou.....

  If you want to wait in line for 20 min to get the WRONG order. Go here. It’s pretty amazing how consistently terrible they are. If I wanted horrible food/ coffee I would have done it myself.

  15 minute wait to get a bagel prepared incorrectly. Mistakes happen, I get it. My frustration comes from the fact that this is the THIRD time I have received the wrong order. In the competitive world of morning coffee and breakfast I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
