  A finer attorney you will not find. Bruce was incredibly helpful in working with me to clean up one of the messiest and ugliest transactions of my career. I was drowning in a swamp of complexity before Bruce got involved, and somehow Bruce managed to drain the swamp and plant a garden (yes, it's a metaphor).   I have used Bruce Stern as my personal and corporate counsel over ten years now, this is one smart lawyer! I first came to him with a very complex real estate purchase involving property liens including labor and comp, unpaid taxes, and a delinquent mortgage and a squatter. The well known Lawyer I was using at the time suggested that I “I leave it alone” I had an urgent need for this property. Bruce was able to navigate through the mess negotiate payment for all, even the owner in default, he was going to leave with a sizable amount of cash, but instead took the advise of “his attorney” declared bankruptcy and left with nothing.
