::Always excellent service! I forgot to mention Herman Martinez, with the service department. He took excellent care of me and my 2018 Chevy Traverse, actually my wife's traverse. Thanks Herman! I Look forward to continued service on our Traverse from Bruce Lowrie!

::Herman has continued to impress us with his diligence in getting our vehicle serviced through special extended warranty coverage. Another dealership in town told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that it didn't qualify for the extended coverage. I knew otherwise and Bruce Lowrie helped me prove it to GM so that I could get the extended warranty coverage work done. Bruce Lowrie has earned a customer. The other dealership has lost one for life.

::Usually I wouldn’t complain, nor would I give such a low rating. I was in recently to have my truck looked at, making a weird noise ever since my daughter started driving it and from the moment I got there I was treated with such ignorance and by the time I left I felt like I was a laughing joke. My family and I have been coming to this facility for some time now and we have never had a bad experience until recently. I have been sitting on this for a few days now debating if I wanted to call up there and make a big deal out of it or just write this review, so here it is. I have MS it’s a neurological disability in which I studder some times and even have “foggy” brain. My legs also like to give out on me at times, so when I pulled up a young lady approached me, I’m getting out of my truck and my leg sort of gives out and she laughs under her breath so I looked up at her and told her that happens time to time.. her response was “ that’s sucks!” So I walked up to a older man and was letting him know what was going on with it and what I was hearing, super nice guy! He let me know that he would have a technician look at it and asked if I wanted to stay and wait or if I had things to do to do so and they would let me know when it was done, I told him I’d wait. So as I’m waiting the same young lady was near where I was, this whole time I was there I heard nothing but bad things come out of her mouth, negative ugly remarks. It just didn’t set well with me! I was able to hear her life story in 45 min of being there, knowing she had gotten pregnant by a married man and laughing about it also unprofessional say the least. She had something to say about everyone who walked by , worked with and I even heard her say something about when I feel out of my truck. At that point I stepped outside to call my husband, to see what I should do, he calmed me down and told me to find a supervisor, so when I went back in she was gone so I asked another lady who worked there what her name was, she told me Ava C. I also informed the lady that I was the customer she spoke about who fell out of the truck and told her I have MS and she quickly apologized. I left feeling humiliated and as I said it took me a bit to think of how I wanted to approach this, I get it some people were just not happy with themselves so they feel the need to put others down, I also understand professionalism. I could have gone back and stirred some stuff up but I chose to wait. The person I am thought about, what if she is going through something right now? Last thing she needs is getting into trouble with her job, by the way she was talking she seemed like she was a lost soul. Anyways I decided to tell my experience for others to hear so in hopes off they come across Ms. Ava they’ll know to be patient and kind and maybe one day it will rub off on her. Everyone else there was great and my truck is fixed thanks to the great mechanic!!

::My name is Elizabeth Lucio. I have a 2010 Chevy Malibu who lost steering control. I contacted Chris Robinson in the service department on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Chris was very professional, within minutes he had everything arranged to have my vehicle checked. I had been calling different location and it would take days before they could get to my car. Chris made every arrangement needed to ensure my car was fixed by the end of the week. Chris Robinson is professional, service oriented and a true asset to Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet.
