  Great tire prices. Person (Mark) who took care of me was professional, and, didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. He took care of a problem in a very professional and responsible manner. Definitely recommend them.

  I took my Kia in for a state inspection and four new tires. Their prices are reasonable, service was prompt, waiting room is very nice. They're a local business too, which I prefer. They left some minor scratches on the wheels and somehow missed a $15 off coupon I'd left with my paperwork. When I noticed that they hadn't deducted the coupon, I went back a few days later to see what they could do. I was (respectfully) told that it was my fault since I hadn't presented it at check out. Fair enough, I'm not going to bicker over $15. Be sure you print out the coupon when you go, and be sure to present it at check-out.

  I have had very good experiences with this place. Most recently I had an appointment for an alignment and called back to see if I could get two front tires installed also during that time. They were able to get the tires in very quickly (one work day). When I arrived to have the work done, it wasn't recorded in their computer system that I needed tires installed. Once I provided the details about the tires, they quickly located them and got the car in for work to be completed. Fortunately, I knew the exact size and spec of the tires, but I feel confidently that it would have been an issue if I didn't have that info handy. Regardless, very helpful and accommodating staff. They do good work and do it quickly.

  Went to Bruce brothers for the first time to get my brand new tires on my wheels the other day because everyone says there pretty good. After everything was done I was highly not satisfied. I waited over an hr. I was also forced to pay a lug nut that they broke off my car. I asked the manager if they can compensate since there team member broke it. But I was denied until I bought a lug nut. BUT I notice the lug nut I bought isn’t even a lug nut it’s just a nut. I HIGHLY NOT ****NOT* recommend this place for any car service needs! I actually will NEVER be returning and actually I’m willing to pay $100 more for actual service. I over paid, waited over an hr plus, had to pay something they broke off my car and it wasn’t even the right piece! Awful service and you can not win an argument with the manager.

  My dad has a small car dealership and has been around the block when it comes to tire shops. He found that these guys are honest, helpful, and extremely kind. Shawn will help you with all of your tire needs! These guys know everything there is to know about tires. Their prices are better than anything you will find. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends and I would definitely recommend it to you.
