  I call for advise and the person that answered the phone was VERY VERY rude and disrespectful, in cooperative and sounded very uneducated!! NEVER GETTING MY SERVICES!!!

  I went here based on the five star reviews, but I should have known better. Truly terrible service. Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews. Do not shop here.

  Went there to fix my inner tube, it was fixed in a few minutes. The gentleman seem very knowledgable and also informed me that I needed a new tire. For that, he only change me 27 dollars. I'm going back in a few weeks to extend my handle bars. The service was good overall and he even gave me a nickname. lol

  Fair prices on everything. I had a flat and needed a new seat, it was available on the spot and no charge for the labor. I had the same thing done at another shop and it cost me double what i paid at brownsville bikes.Friendly and professional staff.
