::Top notch! I really believe that Don the owner is honest, which cannot be more important than with a mechanic. I need to give props to the best mechanic around: "Brown's Automotive" on Lebanon road in Hermitage. If you need a mechanic shop, the owner Don and everyone employed are among the most honest, caring people you will find. I have been using this shop for years and they just get better. Recently I was dealing with an issue that would not allow me to pass emissions and the team at Brown's automotive spent a ton of effort to help diagnose and solve my dilemma. Always have your car towed there!! I love this place and they go out of their way to be fair, help the customer (even if it means recommending they go somewhere else), and create a warm environment in the waiting area.

::We moved from Atlanta, GA, to Hermitage 2 months ago. Not familiar with the area and needed an automotive place. I drive a nice car, took my car to another automotive place to get the sensors tested. My car was recently repaired after my brother hit my car in our driveway. When I picked up my car from the body shop, all of my sensors were lit up. Originally, took my car to my Mother and Father's automotive place, fixed it temporarily and the lights returned. I was told that I would have to bring the car back in and they may have to keep it. I need my car daily. Found Don here at Brown's Automotive, heard great things from others about the service. He was very professional, fixed the sensors and did NOT CHARGE ME!! I offered to pay him and he said no. Wow, we will be bringing our vehicles back here to get the maintenance completed. Sure is hard to find a reliable place, honest, dependable and trust worthy, that is what this place is! I highly recommend you use them. Thank you again Don!!
