  Came into the store looking to see what type of battery my watch needed. The store associate took off the back panel of the watch and handed it back to me without taking out the battery. When I asked what I needed to do to get out the battery, she stated, "It's called having the proper tools." Following her statement I ended up waiting on a second associate to deal with the watch. This store wasn't as professional as I would've thought.

  I've taken mine and my wife's jewelry to Brownlee for years for repairs. From small watch repairs to resetting diamonds. They always do exactly what they say, and for the price they say they'll do it for. Very good experience.

  I have purchased three watches and a necklace from this location and my experience has been fantastic. The employees are knowledgeable and always welcome me in with a smile!

  BROKE MY WATCH AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME I took my watch in to replace a battery which they broke while doing so. They denied any wrongdoing and said it'd require $130 to refurbish. I then took the watch to the mall for a second opinion, and they confirmed whomever tried to replace the battery damaged it, but were able to fix it and replace the battery within 5 minutes and only charged me $10. Not only did Brownlee damage my watch, but tried to charge me $130 for it.

  Jewelry and watch store That! Does not have! A hole puncher.. They said they dont adjust leather strap!
