  Was really looking forward to seeing you guys today to look at the place and celebrate my baby’s birthday.. I don’t understand how you can make an appointment with me for 2pm and tell me to call you when I’m on my way.. than u turned off the phone and I’m outside looking stupid and freezing and not a word from you guys.. made me waste my time for nothing.. very unprofessional, we all human so if you couldn’t make it for the appointment you gave me that’s all you had to say rather than ignore my calls and make me drive there for nothing... u can stay with your place.. God works in mysterious ways, I found a better one way closer to my house and way better than yours.. work on ur customer service u need it

  Rachet Tragedy! Unprofessional! Uncomfortable! Leaking ceiling and it wasn't even raining! Dirty soiled table linens! The DJ played a playlist while he was sleep while standing. He played old school music for a 1year old birthday party. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

  The crispy flakes of the french toast was really good with every sweet bite of nutella. The powder sugar was just sweet enough, then to dip just a bit of the toast in the syrup to really change it.

  Great service, great atmosphere, great people to deal with. Dealt with the brown sugar family for many years for many occasions just had a birthday party which was catered. The food was on point and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Can't believe the negative hate comments I see. Always a pleasure doing business with Brown Sugar.
