  TOASTED BAGEL IS NOT TOASTED, JUST WARM AND TASTED A LITTLE ODD. HOWEVER, WHAT GROSSED ME OUT IS THAT THE COUNTER PERSON HAD THE SANITARY GLOVES ON AND PREPARED MY BAGEL AND THEN PUT IT IN THE BAG WHILE THE GLOVES WERE STILL ON. THEN HE TOOK CARE OF THE NEXT PERSON WITH OUT CHANGING GLOVES. WHO KNOWS WHAT WALKED ON THOSE BAGS AND SUPPLIES DURING THE NIGHT. TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND I MIGHT SAY A POSSIBLE HEALTH VIOLATION?

  Consistently have to wait over an hour- hour and a half for simple orders that they continuesly mess up.

  UNBELIEVABLE WAITING THIS AM 04/17 1 &1/2 HOURS WAITING ON AN ORDER FOR BAGEL DELIVERY ERRR NOT STEAK N EGGS LOL.... AND WONT EVEN ALLOW NEGATIVE POST

  The bagels are not anything special. One time they completely burnt the top of our bagels in the toaster and packed them before we could notice. We didn't find out until we got home.
