  I called the store to ask for the availability of a product. The person who answered the call was rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I was so shocked about the experience that I shared this negative experience in a review post. I then received a call back from the same person, to complain about the review I had posted on this site. Very unprofessional.

  Been using these guys on and off for several years, whether I'm close by or not. They have always been very helpful and accommodating, searching and special ordering odd parts that I couldn't locate elsewhere. They know their trade well and it shows.

  I went to this store to purchase a cast iron elbow. Things went wrong as soon as I walked in, the older man behind the counter was very rude and did not want to help me; perhaps because I am a female and he does not want to deal with females. I Left the location after his continuous disrespect and unwillingness to provide me with the service I needed. From here I went to another plumbing supplies store in White Plains were I got the pipe hassle free and within minutes. Never have I been treated like this anywhere before. It’s unfortunate that a store has to lose a potential life-long customer due to the lack of respect from their employee or owner.

  Absolute worst plumbing supply store ive ever stepped foot in. Beware of the inflated prices of their items. They couldn't care less about the customer just the sales. Explains there no return policy.
