  Beyond satisfied with the service and the price was matched to a cheaper facility. Bigger than that, I lost my car key prior to even getting to the facility without noticing (keyless entry and I lost my key at the post office but i never turned off the vehicle since my wife was in it) and the gentlemen allowed me to use his car to go home and get the spare key. He was super polite and helpful as I was freaking out about the key loss. Very helpful and assisting in my time of need. FYI the first time I was there was about a year and the experience was just as delightful, quick and affordable!

  I love these guys! I have been using them for a few years. They are always friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I have called them on numerous occasion in a pinch and they have always accommodated me. It’s a small hometown shop feel backed by a big national brand. They do everything, they are extremely helpful, if you live or work anywhere near them they should be your first choice for any automotive care. HIGHLY RECOMEND this place.

  I had a similar experience as others have mentioned. I was told my car had a coolant leak that needed to get fixed, otherwise I would not pass the NYS inspection. I got it fixed through them. A day later, I get a Low Coolant warning from my car. I brought it back to have it looked it. Upon entering, the owner was extremely rude. Said nothing but asked "Where's the car?" He popped the hood and started adding coolant. I asked him what kind of coolant it is, so I can purchase some myself. He tells me "just regular coolant". He filled the coolant until it overflowed. There's a reason why there's a gauge, so you don't overfill. As coolant heats up, it needs room to expand. Clearly this guy had no idea what he's doing. Good thing my car continued to leak and pushed out all the extra coolant. I brought it to the gas station across the street, and they fixed the leak free of charge. They said the mechanic installed the hose crooked, as a result there wasn't a tight seal. This kind of inadequate workmanship and not checking their work after an install is why I will never go back. On top of that, the rude attitude is another reason.

  The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I can't give it no stars. I called because I needed my brakes cleaned out. The man I spoke with was friendly and said that they could do that service. I asked him if I can make an appointment and he said that they don't make appointments and I can just walk in any time after 9am. He then proceeded to tell me that the men stop working at 6pm so I should bring the car in before 5 on the following day. I confirmed with him that I can bring the car before 5 on the following day and he said yes. The following day, I left work early to get there by 4. When I got there the place was deserted and I didn't see anyone there. Finally a man came (who I believe to be the owner or manager) and I told him I was there to get my brakes cleaned and he laughed and said "not today." I told him that I called yesterday and was told that I can bring my car in before 5 because the men stop working at 6. He told me the men stop working at 5 and I said I was told yesterday to bring the car in before 5 because he men stop working at 6. He said that he would go ask and went into the garage for approximately 5 seconds and said that they can't do it today because they have to finish what they are doing. I repeated that the man I spoke with told me to come in before 5 that's why I got there for 4. The man tells me that he's the one I spoke to and he told me they stop working at 5. He said that I can come in the following day and I said that I won't be available. He then tells me that they are closed on Sunday and I can come on Monday. I told home that I can't keep leaving early from work for this and he said well I don't know what to tell you. I told him that it's not right he mislead me and he told me that he did not mislead me and I misunderstood. I told him no because he said to come before 5 and that is when he put his hand up to stop me from talking (something that I find incredibly disrespectful). I said sir, please don't put your hand up while I'm speaking and he laughed and said have a good day and walked out of the shop. The only word I have for the way this man treated me is disgusting. I really can't believe someone would blatantly lie and be that disrespectful to a customer. It's clear this man does not value his customers.
