  Warranties are not honored because they think everyone is a liar. My product should have worked out of the box but did not. I called about it, but they do not want to honor the warranty because I admitted I had dropped it, and they think I am lying about it not working before I dropped it. The warranty is not based on "if they believe you," but they throw that in later. That is a deceptive practice, and I need to advise against buying items from this business. I bought a $100 defective item and fortunately not one which was $8000.

  Brookstones are pretty cool of you've never been in one before. This one is no exception. They have quite a few massage chairs in there and every time I go in to visit I see a person or two almost passed out in them. Tons of unique and cool gifts; I'd pay this place a visit if you're in need of a gift.

  I love this place. They have cozy massage chairs to sit in after a long day of shopping. Beat gadgets and great gift ideas.
