  A worker by the name of Isham is probably the rudest individual I have ever encountered in Brookstone stores. He kicks people out of massage seats while the store is completely empty. He does not understand that the massage seats are for people to enjoy, try, and ultimately buy. They are not HIS massage seats. I strongly suggest that Brookstone speaks to this individual about his awful manners and behavior.

  I always love coming here! I especially enjoy trying out the massage chairs because they're so comfy and relaxing! It feels like a free day at the spa! Other than that, they have very nice gizmos and gadgets as well!
