  Brooks Brothers never lets me down for any outfit from classy casual to formal. Some of their items are absurdly overpriced though, mostly the accessories.

  Disgrace for Brooks Brothers standards. I recently went in to purchase a few suits, and walked around for nearly 30 minutes in the men’s suit department, where not a single sales person approached me for assistance. Note there where 4 sales men standing around chatting, literally refusing to look at me, as if they where simply waiting for their shift to end. So very unfortunate for Brooks Brothers reputation, as typically (at other locations) you can always expect fantastic service. Not this location !

  Great selection of suits here and the service is outstanding. Huge collection of ties on the first floor. Quality is fantastic for off the rack clothes. They usually have two good sales throughout the year at the change of seasons, good for picking up a cheaper suit. Also bought a tuxedo here for my wedding and was very happy with it. I will say that I tend to get more attention here the better dressed that I am when I go in. (Coming dressed for work vs. T shirt and jeans).

  This is a multistory version of Brooks Brothers, with individual floors larger than most mall-based stores I've shopped in previously. They have an extensive selection of men's business and formal garb (the entire first floor is basically men's shirts!), and a deep inventory for sizes not on the floor. The various employees I worked with were helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable and work across departments: the gentleman who helped me in suits on the 6th floor asked if I'd like his help with some shirts on the ground floor, left his post, and spent another 30 minutes orbso scrounging around to find items that met my needs. Great experience, highly recommended.
