  Brooks Brothers offers enduring style. Unfortunately the staff in this location is rather graceless. Have you ever noticed the difference between a truly classy place and one that just wishes it were classy? In an establishment exhibiting class, everyone is treated as a valued customer. Usually the emulators of those institutions have attitude and only provide excellent customer service if you walk in already dressed head to toe in the accouterments of the store (even if iyou may be dressed quite stylishly, just not in a way their staid attitudes may understand). That is what this location is, an imitator. It is not the real deal. Until they work with their staff to behave in a manner befitting a nicer store, this is what they always will be.

  The timeless trad staples are left wanting due to not the best of Brooks Staff. Have gone their a few times and on the men's side, judgemental sales people tend to ignore if not dressed to their liking and are clearly not paying attention when doing returns (as instead of a credit, I was charged twice for something I came in to return). Go to the one in the Westchester or go to NYC

  Very helpful staff..
