::The staff at this location is the best. They're very accommodating and super nice. They don't judge you by your looks like in other BB. They also have a good variety of sizes and models of clothes.

::Very disappointed here. Went in a few days ago. Waiting about 15 minutes. Not a salesperson in sight. Although the guy on the phone could have been a salesman, but obviously the call was very important. So I left. I came back a few days later as I live in the neighborhood and had better luck. I bought 4 pair of slacks and i asked if they were hemmed for free. They said yes! And I should come back when the tailor was there. So I did. Now it was $10 each. An additional $40. I told them they told me clearly it was free. They said it was only free if the pants were unheeded to begin with. Ridiculous. I would have remembered that as I have no idea what that meant. In any event, they were adamant about charging me. I said I would write this review. Be warned.
