  Went in today and received the worst service I’ve experienced in any retail store. The women in this store are in their 60s and really want to make sure that you know you’re unwelcome if you don’t live on Madison Ave. Apparently, trying to spend a few hundred dollars here is not enough for these two to check you out at the register when they’re chasing behind customers that might spend over a grand. Skip this place when the quality and service at Charles Tyrwhitt and Thomas Pink are 100x better!

  limited selection. spotty service. Variable quality of salespeople. Arriving twice at 6:30 PM, store open to 7PM, salespeople appeared to be hiding and certainly were unhelpful.

  I returned my on-line orders to this store twice, both times the staff was pretty rude to me. I was told that I could have just mailed my order back. I explained I prefer to return it to the store so I don't have to keep tracking my return package. And the staff still insisted that it would have been easier for her if I could just mail it back because "after you return it to the store we still have to mail it back to the warehouse". Well sorry but it's...part of your job? If you don't like it then don't offer in-store return. Anyway won't shop at this store again and probably won't order from their website.

  Rude, rude, rude! I called to try to get Madison sports shirts on Black Saturday for the shirt deal and the guy picked up, said I had called before (NOT) and hung up on me. The way their staff behaves at some of the locations makes you not want to do business with them ever again.

  THEY STOLE MY MONEY--IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS. One of my last resorts is posting these reviews so that they will give me my money back. I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased about $1000 worth of merchandise during the semi-annual sale. First, Brooks Brothers and FedEx lost my package and it took two weeks to get the clothing to me. After the pieces finally arrived, unfortunately I found that none of them fit properly. I promptly returned all of the items to this store, thinking that I would be refunded easily--this is what I would expect from most reputable retail stores, especially such a reportedly luxury and premium store such as Brooks Brothers. Boy, was I wrong. I returned the items in July, and it is now almost the end of September. I was only refunded a few hundred dollars, and am still out about $600--Meanwhile, I did not even keep ANY of the clothes! I am infuriated and frustrated--who knows how much money I have lost just in the time wasted on the phone with them alone? I am still working to get my money back, but will not be shopping at this store or Brooks Brothers EVER again. This is truly horrifying and unfair.
