  These tailors advertise as same day alterations but when you call they say 3 days for a hem on pants. That's clearly false advertising.

  I wish I could say good things but they completely mishandled a botched tailoring job. In taking up two straps of a dress, the seams became completely misaligned and the dress unwearable. When I returned, asking for the tailoring charge back as well as a small sum to cover a fix by a better tailor, they said no, insisting that they are not marketing themselves as high end tailors and shouldn't have known the rest of the dress was going to be affected. Just a silly way to handle the situation. Cannot speak for the dry cleaning, but beware the tailoring at all costs.

  Straightforward and low price alterations with results as expected. The staff are friendly but it's never comfortable changing in such a tiny room.
