  Very loud library. People will often talk loudly on their phones and watch movies without headphones on. The staff/security don't care about the noise disturbances. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Really communicative, friendly staff! Little wait-time because operations are efficient (i.e printing, reserving laptops)

  The place is quiet, SOME staff are helpful and friendly. Just started going to this library. I'm homeless and unemployed. I was filing out a job application online and after 60 minutes right when I was about to submit the application the internet goes out for 15 minutes. Staff literally could not have cared less about trying to fix the situation with enthusiasm one woman dragged her feet and seemed bothered to do her job which was to just check the connection downstairs. If unpleasant surprises are your thing. Go for it. checking for another facility with more stable connection as I write. 1 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS !!

  The librarians here are so nice! I'm here often to print and never had a problem.
