  So being that this was my first car ever, anyone can sense my nerves walking into the dealership. I didn’t want to get jerked and taken advantage of. Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Dominique. When I tell you AMAZING!!! She soothed my nerves, asked me every one of my likes and dislikes and got to know a little bit about my day to day to find the perfect model that best suits me. She was able to negotiate great deals that didn’t burn a hole in my pocket. This is top notch service. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, Dominique is your girl. You won’t be sorry, trust me!

  so wow working with Marc and Brooklyn Mitsubishi was an phenomenal experience, I’d do it all over again. I haven’t leased a car in years and with Marc, it was easier than ever. He showed me the best deal in the showroom, got me all the upgrades with the final cost still in my budget. And he provided me and set me up with an affordable car insurance company. - Ask for Marc when you’re going to Brooklyn Mitsubishi, he knows his stuff and treats you with the upmost respect.”

  Customer service is really good and prompt. Met this lady named Janine and she is very helpful. The only concern i would say is that they are going to charge you handling charges plus destination charges (980 + 890) so be mindful on that. But the reason i gave 5 stars is because of their customer attention and credit run ( which is quick). Finally it is great to have the best car with the best company🤟

  I was having a bad day. I was planing on going to trade my car and my car died on me as i was about to leave. I took a cab to the dealership and from the moment I stepped out of the cab Salesperson Mendez was great and sympathetic. Between Mendez and George being so polite offering Pizza coffee water they made what started as a bad day into a really good one. At the end of the day I left with a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage and I could not be happier. I've been to dealerships in the past that they treat you as a number a walking bank account but here at Brooklyn Mitsubishi they treat you like a HUMAN and that is the best feeling ever. I am so happy with the experience overall. My mother in law bought her car from them a year ago and she recommend I try them and I am so glad I did. I love my car and my children love it as well. My Whole Experience was beyond great. I stopped by yesterday and Mendez helped me set up my Android Auto and that was another great help. Wonderful environment and wonderful staff. Jonathan should be proud of all of his employees.

  I knew I wanted a Mitsubishi after driving one as a rental for a business trip. I had previously visited a different dealership and wasn’t satisfied. Brooklyn Mitsubishi was fantastic during the entire process. I never felt pressured or like they were just trying to make a sale. Jamaal listening to my thoughts on what I wanted and helped choose the perfect vehicle for me!! Chris the manager was amazing helping with the insurance piece and Rich explained all the financial details out for me to clearly understand them. To wrap up the visit, Jonathan walked me through the services that the dealership would provide and promised to keep in contact to make sure I loved my car. Overall, everyone I interacted with during my visit was professional, knowledgeable and they were real people.
