  I have gone through about 4-5 dentists within the last 2 years and Brooklyn Family Dental was the most professional! Very clean facility and friendly front desk staff. The hygienist saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival even though I was late! the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so friendly and when I was in a lot of pain she really tried her hardest to make me comfortable. The doctor/dentist also tried to accommodate me as best as possible and gave me a lot of options/solutions. He was so friendly and honest and I really appreciate that. Awesome service!

  Staff is nice, but the doctor has terrible bedside manner. He also recommended an expensive crown which I couldn't afford here so I went to another dentist. The other dentist said the x-rays were so terrible he had no idea how this dentist diagnosed anything and went on to tell me there was absolutely no need for a crown.

  This practice has TERRIBLE billing practices. When I say TERRIBLE, I mean it! On two occasions, they have over charged me and owed me money. it's ridiculous! The only reason I go back is for Dora who does the cleanings, she is AMAZING! I love her and she gets the job done and well. Outside of the cleanings, I will no longer get anything else done there. They received a 3 because of Dora and only because of her. Really she deserves a 5+.

  Find out doesn't have a clue,tried overcharging than says a simple procedure takes a couple visits when it should only take one
