  terrible very bad doctor. he opened space between my teeth and said it will "close by itself" he made permanent damage to my teeth

  I hate this. My elderly father went there twice. First time they didn't even know if they accepted his insurance. I had to call the insurance company and ask them to call Brooklyn Dental PC. After the call, the receptionist finally realized, and confirmed that they do in fact accept it. But when my father came there, he was still asked to pay $50 out of pocket, because as they said, insurance didn't cover a simple procedure, to secure a bridge that has fallen out, by gluing it to implants on both sides. One year later, my father needed the exact same procedure. I made an appointment for him, hoping that it will cost same $50. When I was making the appointment, the receptionist asked if we still have the same insurance. I said YES. She said OK. But when my father came there the next day, they said they didn't accept his insurance anymore. And now the doctor was trying to charge $150 for exactly same thing. The receptionist was saying that last time we had to pay $50 because insurance didn't cover this procedure. But now they were trying to charge my father $150 for the exact same thing! I tried to speak with the doctor on the phone. But he sounded greedy, and nncompassionate. Will never go there again!

  I have been seeing Mr. Mashihi since I moved to NEW YORK and he has been nothing but professional. He has given me the best advice regarding the work needed to be done. He is a dentist who looks out for his clients and does the best job possible. I am glad my mother sent me here to get my teeth taken care of. The 6 years i lived in CA i went to the dentist one time and it was the worst experience ever. I enjoy going to Brooklyn Dental. I know whats going to be done and I leave a happy customer. Thank you.
