  I "only" gave them 5 stars because there is no way to give them 6 stars. Or 10 stars. Mac is tremendous! I inherited an old copper pan that was in sorry shape that needed it re-tinned, at the very least, and repaired. I am less than a novice at this sort of thing - I know nothing about copper cookware so I had to rely entirely on Mac. However, Mac at Brooklyn Copper is more than an expert, he's a craftsman. At the end of the day, not only did I learn that my pan is likely handmade and from Portugal (he was like Sherlock Holmes piecing it's history together form the details of the pan), and many years old, but I now have a beautifully refurbished pan that looks better than new; completely re-tinned, polished and repaired all at an EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED cost. And it performs perfectly! I could not be happier with both Mac and his vendor who did the actual work. Fast, highly effective and reasonably priced. The next piece of copper cookware I purchase will be from Brooklyn cooper. Their stock is all of superior quality. I can not thank them enough.
