  Total rip off and nasty people ! Purchased 4 bagels and 2 small containers of cream cheese and it was $17! When I called to verify prices the girl said she didn’t know pricing- put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Honestly the bagels aren’t as good anymore anyway- So much for shopping local - I’ll drive any distance to spend my money elsewhere. As do most of my friends and neighbors now ...

  Omg, Is this Service? Just left this place. This troll of a woman taking my order was so nasty, I had to leave. Never again shall I step into this place. Bad mojo.

  They have the best bagels in the whole area. They have great customer service and the food is great. It might look packed at times but the line moves fast. I also recommend the coffee.

  First of all, why is this place called Brooklyn Bagels if it isn't in Brooklyn? Secondly, when I walk in there, the place smells like an ash tray mixed with the cheap turquoise cleanser used to clean restaurant tables. I mean, no place smells perfect, but I don't like to smell chemicals in the morning. Also, people come here often, but not me. I think the bagels are a bit tough, almost stale. Overall, this place needs to freshen up a little.
