  If it was possible to give zero stars that's what I would do. This place is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. DO NOT ever bring your car here for any services or anything at all. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Please save yourself.

  Today we were TOTALLY ripped off by this little shop today. Do not use Bronx River towing. The one at 159 Bronx River Rd in Yonkers. I tried to call the owner today to have an adult conversation but it was a one way dialog.... Him telling me the way they do business..... The police can offer plenty of good options of towing companies that are properly regulated by the city and priced appropriately and companies that dont jack up prices hoping some insurance co will foot the bill. The cop that helped me told me is should cost us about $120 total..... But choosing Bronx River towing was a major error. This type of business is ruining america. My sons car was broken into at the metra station - the police (kindly) called this towing company to take it away to safety - or so we thought. By the time we got the call, the owner of the towing company (John Mucilli) said "bring $500 cash" if you want to get your car out.... "We do not take credit cards" He told my college aged son that he had been screwed over by credit cards in the past so he needed cash. What college kid, let alone a kid at a military academy can withdraw that much cash?) So after just a routine pick up and storage for the night, the bill was $460 and my son had to bring cash. How sad that people actually behave this way and do business like this. Please choose another towing company. This one is sad. The better business bureau, city of commerce, the police and the train stations will ALL be getting an appropriate letter of warning. So disappointing that they treated a young soldier this way. I will not forget.
