  I needed a edible photo made for a retirement cake. I sent the photo numerous times to their email. I get to the store this morning to get the photo made and the so called manager tells me that he couldn’t open the file, then he just walks away. I’m like how rude is that. No help, no suggestions on how he can help me get my photo, nothing. I would never, I mean never ever patronize this establishment ever again. I would rather get in my car and travel to find better customer service. I don’t recommend this business to anyone. Businesses like this just bring the Bronx down.

  I have been shopping here for years and they are always helpful and friendly. And will even place an order if what you need isn't in stock. Highly recommend

  this best party store. im a cake decorator. they have everything i need or i ask them to order and they do.

  I love this place I get all my baking goods here and the workers are always helpful!
