  Why don't get me started I want to displace and I give them my paperwork and he never put it in And I waited a month and no response? I call and no one pick up this place is the worst

  They never answer the phone when you call and they are always quick to cut off your benefits HRA is just horrible the service really sucks

  I have recently become disabled and unable to work. I went to this location and yes I had a long wait. But when it was my turn the staff explained everything I was entitled to. They really helped me and showed real compassion. Thank You HRA!

  I hate all HRA offices. The staff have nasty attitudes and slow. No reason to be in there for hours. Not enough staff to assist the amount of people coming in for assistance. Why don't the hire some of the people coming in there?? There should be a room in each office where people can come to fill out applications for positions and training.

  I'm grateful for the help my family received here. I really am. The workers there were very helpful for the times and different situations, we was in need of help. I'm also gratefull for being able to get off assistance with the opportunity I share with others to do the same. Thank you. For the help.
