  Bronen's is a best kept secret in the community for decades and it's been run by the same family with pride for a couple of generations. As it currently resides on the second floor, it's not immediately obvious to someone walking by so doesn't see a lot of foot traffic. But it's definitely worth the visit. Not only can you buy instruments here but they also do repairs and offer musical lessons in this full service store. Just walking in is a fun time and no one bothers you if you want to sit and try out a guitar for a while. I highly recommend Bronen's and if you drop in, tell Andy I sent you 😊

  Crooks, liars and thugs.. STAY AWAY unless you want to be screwed. On reverb, I try to purchase a BC Rich Warlock bass from them. They send me an email with the lowest they will sell it to me. On the same day I reply and send them the official offer on the amount that they have requested. They do not reply to the offer until AFTER they sell the item to someone else NEXT DAY. And when I call them out on it, they claim that they never received my offer (a lie). DO NOT deal with them, because if someone offers them 1 cent more than you did, they will cancel an order, go back on a deal and sell it to someone else. STAY AWAY>.. Very rude and arrogant.

  I have been going to Bronen's since the 70's. I don't remember having a problem but, I know their policy. If something is wrong just like any other place, you take it back. I'm a satisfied customer.

  Awful place. I made the mistake going here. Everything is way overpriced and the owner has no knowledge at all about guitars or repairs. bad job on repairs, waiting a week for a guitar setup to be done plus charging me double for the repair. The owner is a crook who is money hungry. I would never recommend this place to guitar players or musicians period! This place gets a zero for everything. Take the trip to guitar center it's worth it
