I got my 2 and 4 year old vaccinated here the first day the COVID vaccine was available for that age group. We were desperate to find somewhere that was giving our preferred vaccine to kids under 3 because pharmacies by law can only vaccinate ages 3+ and our pediatrician didn't have any vaccines yet. I called 25 places in two different states within 90 minute drive of my house with no luck and this place was my last call because they opened later than others. At first, they said they didn't have the vaccine we wanted but would call me back when it came in, which I assumed would be days. She called back less than 30 minutes later and told me a shipment had just come in and I could take my two kids anytime, without an appointment, and get them vaccinated. We jumped in the car right away because I wanted to get there before word got out they had them because most other places were booked 2-5 days out. On our way, I told my wife to check the reviews. At first glance, that overall rating looks awful. It is my strong opinion that it is an UNFAIR rating. It seems the previous bad reviews complain about the place being packed and bad customer service. This place is very small, the waiting room doesn't even have 10 chairs. There are just two ladies working and if that place gets packed, it is not their fault. It takes time to vaccinate people and fill out the paperwork and if you rush, you will make mistakes. I assume any bad customer service was due to customers being unnecessarily rude due to wait times. When I got there, there was only one person with her kid waiting. They checked us in and we waited less than 10 minutes. They vaccinated both of them exactly how they should have and after waiting 15 minutes we had our vaccine cards and were on our way home. It couldn't have gone better and both ladies were excellent. Very professional and very nice. They didn't have to call me back when that shipment came in, but they did and that tells me they care. If that place would've been packed, which really only takes 15-20 people, I can only imagine the stress involved in getting everyone in. Please disregard those bad reviews because those people could have gotten vaccinated somewhere else because vaccines are available pretty much anywhere, the only age range hard to vaccinate are under 3s, which was not the case for those bad reviews.

The staff is rude, the place is overcrowded. Elderly people were trying to get vaccinated and they were shoulder to shoulder with others. It's unbelievable, should be shut down.

I've been there a few times regarding a cough I've been having. Either the front desk staff is not properly trained or they're just plain RUDE! I myself that work in the health field would NEVER speak to people/patients the way this office does. There is no welcoming or warmness coming from them. It seems like you're there to bother them or are an inconvenience to them. Even the way they answer the phones, it leaves me baffled. The few times I've been there, it's been pretty empty & even then, they make you wait while they're talking among themselves about their day. Then they decide to acknowledge you after making you wait 15-30 minutes. No professionalism at all. And this is just me speaking from experience on the front desk. I just need to finish what I started with the doctor & never have to come back because this is no way to treat anyone.

I got my 2nd dose; the process was pretty easy, and everyone was super helpful. The employees were cautious and kept wiping down the counters and chairs.

Absolutely awful place. I was there for the Covid-19 vaccine, they had no organization. They overbooked the place, everyone was like sardines in that building, no social distance whatsoever. I waited more than 3 hours for my second dose. Stay away!
