  Very unethical and problematic practice. Did not follow any guidelines at all for approval, deposits, etc. My family and I were very uncomfortable here. They even approved our application FIVE DAYS before our previous lease ended (so we thought we weren't going to be homeless) and then went back on his word saying "oh the landlord changed his mind, etc". So unprofessional.

  The absolute worse customer service. I'm an agent, and speaking to the woman who answers the phone was a nightmare. Hung up on me twice. Super unprofessional.
