::I am a new patient and I will definitely be returning. I was allowed to walk-in with out an appointment which was great! The girls at the front desk were sooo friendly and helpful. One of them even came out to help me complete my forms. The medical staff was just as friendly and helpful. I had to do blood work which I hate but the girl kept me calm and took like 4 tubes really quickly Dr. Sered is calm, knowledgeable and a great listener. I was able to see their nutritionist and their referral person made an appointment for me. I left with a better understanding of my condition, info about my next appointment and even a coloring book for my son. I will definitely tell my friends about their service. Thanks Broadway Family!!!

::That female receptionist they have, a Hispanic woman, is extremely ghetto and talks on her cellphone while at work through an earpiece. If you dare walk in and ask for help, she'd act like youre interrupting her. She has a really nasty attitude when she speaks to people and it doesn't matter how pleasant you are with her. This is why you don't just hire your friends to do a job. I don't like to recommend firing a person because we all need to make a living. But she is not fit for that kind of position. She needs to be retrained. Not only is she giving the business a bad first impression, but she is giving you bad reviews, which inturn effects your business.
