  Without peer, the WORST financial institution you will EVER deal with. They are concerned with NOTHING other than protecting themselves. Ridiculous non-sensical rules and requirements that accomplish NOTHING but waste the customer and investor's time. Incompetent leadership and management. They don't serve the community, they don't serve their investors and customers, they serve THEMSELVES. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and avoid these institution like the plague

  Very POOR Customer Service and Support. I have tried to get information from this firm for 3 months and all I get is the account was closed and they said they could not provide any information. Staff is very rude and seemed to be bothered by an inquiry. Hopefully management will recognize these issues. This happened to me every time I called (4 calls). DO NOT USE THIS FIRM !!!!!
