  I ordered a simple crusant with egg and cheese and after 20 customer I asked where is my order and they forgot. Worst service ever. The cashier does not communicate with anyone nor he cares.

  Ordered one of the most basic of breakfast staples...and was given a total dud. A plain bagel with cream cheese, simple right. I received an undercooked bagel toasted with a hot cream cheese goo that was covering the entire inner and outer of the bagel. Inedible..plain and simple. Employees need to be trained in customer service skills of which they have none....stay far away from this establishment. Panera please teach this crew.

  Croissants egg and cheese simple perfectly made. Hot chocolate excellent. Nice personal.
