  State of the art assisted and independent living facility dead center in Bergen County. Like living away in a resort.

  The apartment is great, the help are very nice, the food is usually adequate, but the set up for dinner, particularly on week ends leaves much to be desired. And the buffets are so hard on those with walkers , etc. is very difficult. Breakfasts are usually very unsatisfactory with not enough help and food not often hot. In fact, I think the worst problem you have is not enough help, especially on weekends and for breakfast. Stephen...as you start in Pearl River...learn from B right view Paramus...have a larg e enough kitchen have enough tables in the dining room, have a separate card room where people can play without distraction from other activities, have a large living room area where people can visit and socialize outside their apartments, have a multi purpose room that you can use for large attendance at popular programs. And if you have dining rooms on two floors, make sure the food is hot on both floors. And good luck, Stephen on your new job and Samantha on hers.

  The reptionist is beautiful kind sweet caring always eager to help out. The Alzimer unit, evening employees are a little more hesitant, in helping, but the over night shifts are beautiful always kind willing to help out, they make it easy to be there with my client throughout the night. Amazingly well trained staff.
