  I definitely give brighter image lab A 5 STAR!!!! they are absolutely amazing!!! .I had no confidence in my smile until I decided to go with this company, I went to plenty of dentist and each one of them would tell me the same thing “you’re not a good candidate for braces” which deeply saddened me because I know I did not have thousands of dollars for cosmetic dental work. I am honestly glad I invested my money into them which was very worth it!! I had no hope of my smile being what it is now. I would always cover my smile with my hands To cover my teeth and Bill has designed my veneers so perfectly I’m just so stunned . I look in the mirror now with so much confidence because of them . THANK YOU SO MUCH BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!

  I wish there were more star's because this business is absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a perfect smile!! They all worked together to make sure I had my veneers the day before I needed them!! I would recommend if anyone is thinking about getting a set please don't wait it is so worth it!! Thanks everyone that helped make sure I was happy with everything!! Y'all are the greatest!!

  I am so ecstatic with my veneers and all the communication with me being unsure about if my teeth would even work as i have a really bad cross bite but i was assured and brighter image lab always made sure they could help me with any questions i had. I was so scared but it took only 1 time to get them right and they were actually easy to do the impressions. I have my wedding in April and i am so super happy it didn't take that long to get them in my hand. I am amazed at how beautiful they are. You guys have made me the happiest bride in the world and are the only company i would trust! I have all my confidence back now.   If you're considering purchasing from Brighter Image Lab do it! Don't let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch. I too had a hard time deciding if this company was legit and would live up to my expectations. I had done my research, watched all the videos, and read the reviews. Let me just say that making this investment will be the best decision you will make. The staff are very nice, very caring, and very helpful! They will do anything they can to make you a beautiful smile. You cannot go wrong! Just be patient, send in good impressions, and work with them! You will have your very own beautiful smile as well!

  My experience with Brighter Image was phenomenal. Not only did Mr. Watson come all the way to NC. to help me with finally having a beautiful smile, but he met me very close to where I was to do the interview. I appreciate my new smile but I also appreciate the way he made me feel when I met him. He has a very nurturing demeanor and I felt so comfortable with him. He did tell me that people would think we met before, but I will tell you that I never met him before in my life. When I received the trays in the mail, I didn't know what to expect, but mixing the ingredients for the impressions were really easy. Even though they gave me 2 for your upper/lower, (just in case you mess one) it wasn't hard. He included a return envelope and off it went! Hannah is the customer service rep that received many of my calls. She was very pleasant and informative every time we corresponded. It didn't take long to hear back about the progress of my new smile being created for me at all, and when I looked in the mirror at the way I looked, I was flabbergasted! It is very easy to put in my mouth and they don't feel or look bulky at all. I have never had pearly whites, and honey I love them. I want to again send a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Watson and his team at Brighter Image for a smile that was long time coming! Sandra
