  I've been going to Dr. Salamon for 5 years, and could not be happier. Very helpful, has a sense of humor and really knows what he's doing. I've referred a handful of my friends and co-workers to him as well, and they have the same response. After receiving treatment at Bright White dental you wouldn't want treatment anywhere else. Love it!!!!!!

  My family has been coming to Dr. Rafailov for many years. It is by far the cleanest and friendliest dentist office we have ever been in. The doctor makes you feel comfortable during each visit. My kids want to go back again.

  Very experienced and skilled doctor! he has performed most complicated procedures on me and I’m very pleased with his job. The staff at both offices is also very caring and nice. I would highly recommend going there.

  I will not attend Bright White Dental again. I went there initially for a cleaning and that was fine, painful but fine. Turns out I needed to come back because of some root canals that needed to be done and every single time that I was there, I waited an 1hr +. They overbook patients! Dr. Rafailov will work on you for two minutes before going to the guy next door and then come back to you and then go to someone else. If you know different patients come in for different things, keep that in mind when scheduling patients. Moving on, he rushed through my appointment the last two times I went and both times injured me. He didn’t even sincerely apologize and instead wanted to play it off as a joke. I don’t know how this place got so many great reviews when patients are waiting for such a long amount of time. Even worse, when you complain, they ask you to come inside and have you wait there. Staff are friendly, I’ll give them that. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Not worth it.

  Dr. Rafailov and his staff are excellent! The office is clean and state of the art. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Upon arriving, Inna greets you with a friendly smile and does her best to accommodate your concerns and schedule. Dr. Rafailov makes you feel at ease with his jokes and friendly demeanor. He is efficient and professional. If you are in need of a dentist please don't hesitate you will not be disappointed.
