  I use to come to this laundromat for years before moving to a home with my own washer and dryer. I recently moved and decided to come to wash our larger linens to see if they would wash better in a commercial machine and was highly disappointed with not only how poorly it washed our comforters but the attitude of the employee. There were so many washers and dryers out of service, it was like every other one had issues. One machine that was not marked out of service didnt actually dry at medium temp and the employee told me to just dry on high. I thought that was strange but just shuffled my machines around to make it work. When I accidentally placed a quarter in a dryer that wasn't working at all and told the worker she informed me it was my problem since I made the mistake. I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
