::Absolutely horrendous. I had to complain to an additional doctor in order for my daughter to be treated. The first doctor spent 5 minutes with my daughter and told me she looked great! She then insisted my daughter was “great” despite me and her pediatrician telling her she wasn’t. Completely avoid bringing your children here if you can. The nurses however, were great and caring.

::The wait was a little long but the nurse Isabelle in the emergency room is by far the best nurse I’ve had there. My mom busted her leg in a fall and Isabelle made sure my mom got the care she needed and deserved. Also, Somebody blocked the entrance and she found them and made them move their car too just so my mother could get into our vehicle better! Thank you Isabelle!! Ask for her if you want quality care.

::My mom who is 90 years old had a fall and was taken by ambulance here. She was seen by a few nurses and doctors who seem to do their best, the waiting was unbearably long, she was kept hungry for more than 36 hours as she needed to do a cat-scan which took forever to be Done. My mom has advanced dementia, she's not verbal and totally dependent, which the hospital was advised about. She was given a meal that was just "there", I'm really not happy with the system at all. Something has to change, geriatric patients like these need more assistance. I still want to thank the nurses and doctors who helped to get her the medical assistance she needed and to make her as comfortable as possible. Thank you

::Sometimes you do have to wait a bit longer to get seen, but they have a good triage system. I understand that there are patient with more urgent needs than mine, or when I go in they take care of me quickly based on how urgent my emergency is. Every time I leave satisfied and know that they have tried their best to help me out with whatever Emergency I have. The medical team really does the absolute best to take care of everyone in the community.
