  I love this place. They are very friendly. You do not have to wait long. They are patient with children. All 6 of my children are seen here and they love them. My oldest son got braces a couple of days ago and he just can’t stay out the mirror. They are very professional and honest. If I could rate 10 I would this has definitely been the best dentist I’ve been to EVER!!!!!!

  I called to make an appointment so that they can remove my wisdom tooth and sure enough they had a spot available for me the next day plus very convinient sins it was right after work so I had plenty of time. The service was quick and easy they did answer all my questions that I had about my wisdom tooth removal. I have no insurances so they did give an affordable price sitting my price range which is not that bad they did asked me if I wanted to pay in payments or in full I said in full. I do recommend anyone who does not have insurances to come to this places 😊

  Called and booked a appointment for my 8 year old son and told them it was because he had a cavity and a tooth ache. We arrived 10 minuets before his appointment, but we had to wait a little over 1 hour before they took him back to get x-rays. The x-rays took about 30 minuets(that’s not a big deal) then they take us to a chair where we wait for almost 30 minuets before a dentist comes in looks at the x-rays and then tells us they don’t have a dentist that works on children and will have to refer us to another office and there is nothing they can do for him here. My son and I missed half a day of school and work to come get his cavity fixed. We were never told on the phone when we booked they couldn’t help him! We were never told upon arrival that they couldn’t help him. They were told upfront his age and the reason why we were coming in! Also because they took x-rays for no reason and the dentist we had to take him to the next day had to take x-rays, guess who’s out of pocket on the cost of the x-rays the insurance company would not cover because they were just done the day before!!!!WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

  Where as I am usually in and out within a timely manner and with excellent customer service, my last visit was prolonged. I had an 8:30 am appointment but I was not taken back for x-rays until sometime well after 9 am and this was after another customer questioned his appointment. Only then was it explained to him that they were short of help. This is understandable but it will help greatly for clients to know upon arrival. I like Brident and the customer service my family and I have receive.

  This place is awesome! The staff is outstanding, very Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location. They care about their patience. Great atmosphere. Love them!!!
