  I work with Levi for general liability insurance for my restaurant in Queens. We often have off premises food events and need assistance to add additional insured for each events etc and he always quickly prepare documents for what we need in very timely manner. Also he reviewed our insurance part of the lease to make sure the landlord is following the industry standard so we won't be in trouble paying higher insurance price once we sign the lease. All of the staff works at this office is very nice and friendly and of course very professional. I would continue work with them again if we are opening another locations.

  Boris is awesome. Super professional and quick, and has been in the industry for years. I've slowly and painfully discovered that reliability is a hard trait to find in insurance agents, and most just write up policies and forget about you. That's not the case with Boris. He is very personable and maintains relationships because he genuinely cares about you, not just to get your business.

  So far so good! I just purchased my first home in Queens, and Boris and his staff (especially Levi and Katya) have been so helpful and attentive. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I got a great rate for my house insurance and they were always available to answer my questions big or small.

  I needed new insurance and got a suggestion from family to try Briarwood Spirits. I'm SO thankful I did!! I called and they were very efficient and helpful. Great rates and customer service. Katya was my agent and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect coverage at the best rate possible and even followed up with me the next day to remind me to finish some stuff.   Katya is one of the best agents. She treated me like family and I trust her implicitly. She is extremely responsive to any channel of communication, whether it is email or voice calls. She follows up and goes the extra mile to help us with our needs and follows up when we have had to submit a claim to ensure we were taken care of. She is also extremely diligent. She helped with my business insurance and also got me a great price on an auto insurance policy that fit my needs perfectly. I'm getting the best possible coverage while saving money!! Thanks Katya!
