  Terrible workmanship, terrible work ethic, terrible documentation, worked for cash money, never responded to issues, said "they did not do drainage" therefore my patio is an ice skating rink and water sits on the the house, no flashing put down, the list is endless. They are not standing by their warranty. A residential contractor must ensure that the site builder avoids the temptation to poorly prepare a subgrade. A low-quality subgrade results in unexpected settling and water accumulation against the foundation leading to seepage and a weakening of the foundation. Poorly compacted subgrades also can be cited for the cracking and sinking of sidewalks, driveways, and patios. Ultimately, it is the homeowner who will bear the repair expenses, especially when settlement causes slabs to move water in the direction of the house. I will continue this warranty issue with both the product and the contractor. Do yourself a favor and ask for references. Get receipts for everything and anything. Don't pay cash.

  Hired these folks to get our pool up and running. Weeks of excuses before finally completed job. Had to threaten to withold payment to get them to finish. Very poor service.

  These people have you waiting 3 weeks give you a quote and then change there price, then give you the run around..and when you get upset they cancel the job..leaving with no pool don't use these people..
