::Easy, painless process of buying a car. They wouldn't waive the $299 "documentation" fee and they knew the market well enough not to discount the car any, other than that it had to have been the most transparent and smooth buying experience of purchasing an automobile I've ever had. Not working with me on the price doesn't earn them my lifelong loyalty at not looking the competition in the future, but my experience with them and the pricing is likely to bring me back to at least give them a look.
