  I should have never called them. The technician didn't tell me what was wrong and didn't tell me what he was doing. No repairs guaranteed and 10 days later, had to get a new fridge. So basically , I have paid twice!

  This company is ridiculous! Will not show up unless you give them a credit card first... guess they really don't want to work! -5

  Is it possible to give zero stars. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I scheduled an appointment with them, no one showed up. When I called and asked they told me that they had called and cancelled. I'm not sure who they called and cancelled with BUT it wasn't me.
