  Bad customer service they double booked my appointment and the gentleman behind desk did not try to resolve the matter. Even though the other customer offered to go after me I was made to wait. It’s unfortunate because I did the treatment.

  The classes are great but in the last two weeks they've cancelled prenatal yoga classes 3 times. It's so annoying. I wish I would've chosen a different place but I've already paid for this place on Groupon smh

  I highly recommend Jen’s prenatal classes. Yoga is not usually my first choice of exercise but it’s perfect for pregnancy. And Jen’s in particular. She leads most classes with a specific goal to assist pregnancy or childbirth, which you can learn and use at home or later too. She also adjusts each class to fit what her students need on that particular day.

  I felt really supported through the pre-natal classes. I was disappointed with the owner that she wasn't more understanding about my personal situation of pregnancy and reimbursement of unused classes. Afterall, pregnancy is a challenging journey, reguardless of a need of a doctor's note! I wish that a post-natal class (beyond Mommy and Me) would exist in general, and I think Breathe and Flow Yoga would be excellent pioneers to offer such classes.

  Breathe N Flow is a studio for EVERY BODY. There are a variety of classes to fit your needs. Sometimes I'll take a class for a workout, other times I just need to breathe and relax, or a combination of both. The teachers are knowledeable and nurturing. I just love it there and highly recommend the experience to everyone.
