  I've practiced bikram yoga and hot pilates on and off for many years now in the DC-Maryland area. I moved to Seattle last year and I'm thrilled to have found a studio with great class offerings and lovely instructors. I bounce between this location (it's closer to home) and the Belltown one (it's closer to work). You will find some instructors offer classes at both. I love that there are so many different personalities, although they are all very friendly and willing to help you with perfecting your pose. There are also a variety of special events happening that range from yoga workshops to holistic wellness. Facilities are always clean. Culture is always welcome to newbies wanting to make a positive change in their bodies. Grab an auto-debit membership to get the most of what you pay. Highly recommend this place!

  Nice facility... has its peak times when its difficult to get floor space. Pricey compared to numerous yoga options in the area.
