  Terrible company! They r thru my insurance Co. I just found out from Advance Heating, (who were sent by my insurance Co : Home Serve, for a second diagnosis)that they put in the wrong motor, and the wrong protector switch and that is why my heating keeps going off and on. Brea company was pushing hard to sell me a new heater. And when I said I couldn't afford, they left and condemned my heater to the insurance Co. Thank God my insurance company: Home Serve, sent another heating company for a second diagnosis.

  Really solid service company. Our A/C went out in both branches on the same day. They got someone out to both stores so that parts could be ordered. Excellent communication and correct diagnosis in both situations enabled us to get both systems running the next day. Good process, good people, good results.

  I've used Brea/OC Plumbing Heating & AC twice in the last year, and both times the service tech has been knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this organization.

  There's not enough I can say to describe how good these guys are! They're friendly, professional and priced right! I called them 10am Saturday on Christmas Eve and it's Noon right now and the job is already done and I'm sitting here typing this. The gentleman on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly, and Freddy who came out is the master technician! Thank and happy holidays!!
