Go hungry! Lots of great food and great views. Attentive staff. Amazing brunch. Plan to take home mouth watering breads and pastries from the bakery. But have your meal there! You won't be sorry.

UPDATE: I came back for another try recently with a friend for Sunday brunch and I was pleased with my experience. Although it was packed, there was very good customer service and they even allowed us to order at the bar they own next door if we didn't want to wait. I ordered the Julio's Huevos which was a big filling portion and very tasty! It perfectly satisfied my craving for something savory. The fresh complimentary banana nut bread they bring out was delicious as well. I will continue to come back whenever I'm in Dallas! Definitely a good place to bring guests. ----------------- [OLD] I was disappointed that the shrimp and grits wasn't available for brunch. My server didn't even know that it was on the menu, and came to find out that it is only available for dinner. I wasn't a fan of the cinnamon roll french toast I ordered, it was hard/dry. The atmosphere is amazing though.

When I'm in Dallas I go there for breakfast and it never disappoints. Their "basic breakfast" is far from basic, with the best biscuits I've ever had. I haven't tried their brunch yet but I hear it's even better. Staff is very friendly.

I’ve been here enough times to not let one sub par visit put a damper on things. I love the Gouda dip, it’s a great starter while you figure out your full meal. As with any menu that is this extensive, there are hits and misses. The classics are great, and the family friendly atmosphere just makes you feel comfortable. And there’s no better place to visit on a Sunday night - get yourself a free dessert (I recommend a slice of carrot cake)

I love Bread Winners! Great breakfast for the whole family. I had the Waffles Banana Fosters and it was spectacular!! Service was a little slow. I had to send my daughter hunting for our waitress in order to pay our bill but other than that it was awesome. The new front porch is HUGE. I can't wait until the weather warms to try it out!!
