  Not to sure what happened to them this day, but on Valentine's day I called and the one who answered said "yeah?" Kind of a weird way to answer the phone, when I asked about the roses they said it's $60 for 10 or $80 for 12, that's way to expensive, when I said "ok thank you very much" they just hung up on me, that's not good customer service at all and really turned me off the place, is a shame since I live right next to the place, I ended up just going to Ralph's across the street for a really nice looking bouquet of roses for under $20. I do tell people not to go to this florist because of their outrageous prices and most importantly their customer service.

  I get flowers about once a month and they have never let me down. Beautiful arrangements, and not too bad on the cost. And the gal that runs it is super sweet and friendly.

  Called in a order for Valentine's Day and they were really friendly on the phone and my order was ready on time as promised! The quality of the flowers were far better then what I have been experiencing with online services. Thank you Brea Florist!

  I always love the flower arrangements. These guys are true pros with the flowers always looking fresh. I've done others services like 800 flowers and the quality is no where near what you get here. For my daughters birthdays or my anniversary this is where I go and you should too!
